1tbOlive oil
1tsCoriander
2 Cloves garlic minced
1/4tsCinnamon
1tbMinced ginger root
1/2tsGround cloves
3/4cChopped onion
1/4tsSalt
1/4tsCardamom
1 1/2cLong grain rice
1/4tsCaraway seeds
3 3/4cWater

In saucepan, heat olive oil, add garlic, ginger & onion, cook until soft. Mix in Cardamom, caraway seeds, coriander, cinnamon, cloves, salt and rice. Blend well. Add water, cover, bring to boil. Reduce heat and cook until water is absorbed, 25 mins or so.
